I'm a university teacher in Changsha, China. I've been living and travelling in this country for the last three years and I'm still amazed at how much there is here for me to discover.

我为什么加入 Couchsurfing

One of the best things of being a university teacher is having four months of holiday every year. Problem is... not many friends share my luck, so it's difficult for me sometimes to find people to travel with.

I'm hoping that, through Couchsurfing, I can find people to meet wherever I go, whenever I go there.

兴趣

I guess saying travelling is too obvious. But yeah, TRAVELLING.

I also love music, concerts and playing guitar with friends.

The more I travel, the more obsessed I become with learning the history of each place, understanding their culture and their way of living.

Music: Radiohead, Wilco, The Arcade Fire, The Black Keys... I could go on forever.

Movies: same as music, lots of them. If I had to choose, though, I guess I'd go for Kaufman's "Being John Malkovich" and "Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind".

Books: Gabriel García Márquez.
