CURRENT MISSION

I am about to embark on the trip of a lifetime. I am flying out to Mexico in August without any specific plans. I want to do some wildlife conservation and teaching volunteer work throughout Central and South America for a year or until my $ runs out ;-)

I am an elementary school teacher. I am a brother, a son and a human. I love life, I love people and being with them. I enjoy music, reading, nature, food, biking, snowmobiling, rock-climbing, snorkeling, travelling, and partying!

I am a helpful and easy-going person. I am patient, honest and enthusiastic. I can help you out with anything you need help with. I like to share and getting to know people which is my main reason for travelling.

兴趣

I play music (drums, guitar, singing), I love reading and do it a lot. I play volleyball and badminton. I am also a rock-climbing. I love hiking, camping, fishing, hunting, and travelling. I enjoy being out in nature just to be there.
I am interested in scuba diving/snorkeling, plants and vegetation and working with them. I would like to surf, and try anything new. If you enjoy it I probably will too.

我做过的一件不可思议的事情

I have hitch-Hiked across Canada and the United States.
I've seen a sunrise from the top of Mount Haleakala (most of Maui and Oahu are amazing!) in Hawaii.
I have hiked on glaciers in Alaska.
I have climbed 9 summits in 3 days in the Adirondack Mountains in New York.
I have lived in Northern Quebec for the last 4 years.
I have been to Carcassonne and les arenes de Nimes, Le pont du Gar, and Paris in France
I have seen whales in the St. Laurence river.
I'm sure there are more. This is what I can think of now. :-)

I want to learn about many new things. I am presently really in the mood to learn about other cultures, farming and wildlife conservation, volunteering opportunities, music, languages (Spanish especially), snorkeling, and new activities and hobbies in general.

I can offer to teach you anything that I know myself (and I really do enjoy teaching). I play guitar and drums (percussion), I can teach you English (written and spoken).
