ABOUT ME

I'm from Victoria, BC, Canada -- I'm trying to maintain my French- and Spanish-language skills -- I'm interested in environmentalism -- I try maximize my time playing frisbee -- mountains and oceans are my favourite.

I spent six and a half months in 2014 cycling, WWOOFing, couchsurfing, hitchhiking, and generally wandering around Europe, which means I've been hosted upwards of 20 times without ever hosting. I hope to redress the imbalance in 2015.

兴趣

I like hiking, biking, reading, and baking -- reading philosophy and novels and poetry, and baking bread (sometimes). Hiking I can never get enough of.

In terms of couchsurfing (and WWOOFing) I'm really interested in just experiencing how people live, and becoming part of it all for a short while -- how people live harmoniously and not and how they have fun and what they think about and what they eat and who they befriend and how they deal with the future.
