I like to think I am pretty simple. I just like to relax and eat. I am pretty lazy at times...sometimes... most of the time. I like to cook, hangout with friends, watch movies, and go hiking.
A good day for me is just a nice slow relaxing day, resting in bed or on a couch or outside with some food.
I like to share food and experiences wherever and whenever possible. I like to hear other peoples perspectives and experiences, because I am always learning to better myself and to be better I need to accept changes. I also have some experiences myself I can share.
I can speak English, Vietnamese, and Bahasa Indonesia.
I was a Peace Corps Volunteer in Indonesia teaching English at an Islamic Boarding school. I like teaching and learning. I joined peace corps as a volunteer because i like helping people and I wanted to make a difference in the world or in someone’s life.
Now I work in semiconductor kind of like a corporate job.

我为什么加入 Couchsurfing

I like to find a friend to hang out with while I am traveling. Traveling alone is difficult and only half as fun if you don't have a friend. Of all my travels, my experiences are always better with friends. Also I would like to know what it’s like to live as a local, although I may not be living there, I still hope I can understand or even imagine what life is like as a local. We can also share experiences of course and exchange culture and knowledge.

I like all music except for country.
I like all movies except for slow drama.
I like documentaries, romantic comedy, comedy, action, adventure, and rarely horror movies... I can't watch horror movies alone..

I survived Peace Corps. I did a road trip with my best friend across Vietnam, there were ups and downs but thats what makes it an adventure.

I can teach English, and some some Bahasa Indonesia.
I can share cooking skills/tips/recipes.
I can teach some sports.
And I can learn almost anything except chemistry and physics....
I’ve gain new skills since I last wrote this bio in 2017 and I have also forgotten a few skills as well.
