ABOUT ME
I am a graduate in sociology and I travelled around the world for a whole year. Right afterward I started another bachelor degree in cinema that I will finish in April. I work on movie sets in Montréal and I am working on different documentary projects.

I was born and raised in Montréal. I know very well my hometown and I would be happy to show you its treasures if you come here.

I traveled a little but as for most travelers, it is never enough. I am open minded, curious by nature, easy to live with and I enjoy life and its beautiful and unique moments.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
I nevertheless received a few couchsurfers at my place. I currently live with my brother (Émile Plourde-Lavoie) and we used his account. I was not active on my personnal account that I actually forgot for a while. I really enjoy receiving people in my home and hometown. It is a great and easy way to meet new people from all around the world and an occasion to show them Montreal city.

I love to read books from various authors and a wide variety of genres. I unfortunately do not have enough time to read.
Cien años de soledad from the colombian writer Gabriel Garcia Marquez is one of my favourite books. If you want to read a book from Quebec, you could read Un dimanche à la piscine à Kigali from the writer Gil Courtemanche or Bonheur d'occasion written by Gabrielle Roy.

Concerning music, I honestly like a lot of genres. But right now, I listen to Morcheeba, Nina Simone, Metric, Chopin and some other bands.
