I studied psychology with a focus on engineering psychology and organizational psychology. Afterwards I went north for love and ended up in Hamburg/Kiel whete I worked as an HR manager in the startup scene before following my heart back to what I always wanted to be as a child! An inventor! Or, well, the closest thing I could be to that, a reaearcher.

I really enjoy (almost) every kind of music, trying out new sports, learning new games or making something by hand (like crocheting, stitching or painting).
And of course I love travelling, doesn't matter if it's just for a day or a week, with my family, friends or all alone.
My first couchsurfing experiences were amazing so I'm really looking forward to meeting more people in new cities!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I love the idea of visiting new cities and new people, so couchsurfing is the perfect combination. And I'm curious about other people's stories and their perspective on life. I admit that sometimes I love a typical tourists day including sightseeing, but in my opinion you dont really know a place if you haven't met the people who live there.

Interests

I love moving my body doing yoga, swimming, simply lifting weights and pole dancing!
Besides that I'm a little nerd, I love research and just recently got back into academia for my phd.
The nerding doesnt stop there, I love board games, DnD nights, videogames and fantasy books.

Music, Movies, and Books

My favourite genres are rock, pop, indie and a bit of everything else I guess.
When it comes to movies and books I prefer everything funny or dramatic, but a good book or movie has to be emotional, on one level or another. The only thing I'll probably never watch again are horror and thriller movies, didn't had the best experiences with those.
Favourite books are usually fantasy books and LitRPGs, love to read and listen to them!

I am getting back into playing the accordion, which I havent done for a few years but I missed making music so I'm trying to make some time to relearn. Besides that I'm still trying to Do a handstand and a handstand walkover, so if you have any tips let me know!
