Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I believe that in order to fully experience certain city is the best to meet or live with someone local. I'm sure you agree. Also without sounding very hippie, I think it's great to help fellow travelers to have the opportunity to travel for free, plus stay in a nice place.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I used to live in Portugal for a while and I must say, that's was maybe the best time of my live. Loved the people there, the nature, the old buildings.. I was involved in an international Program called Art&Dreams.

Teach, Learn, Share

I study visual arts, so I'm very deeply interested in everything concerning art, literature, music and so on. We can talk and share our inspirations.

What I Can Share with Hosts

I teach yoga and meditation.
I give private lessons as well, so if you are fan of yoga and want to get deep in your practice, we can try doing vinyasa flow and I could assist you in your practice. ( the style I'm interested in )

Or if you have never tried it, there is always a first time. Doesn't matter whether you are flexible as a gymnastic or your more stiff than as an oak tree. Yoga is for all of us. :)
