ABOUT ME

My name is VIOLETA - ВИОЛЕТА ( is on the Cyrillic :D ) My name comes from the name of flower violet.

Now I am 22 years old and i am volunteer from 6 years. I am working with a lot of NGOs (non-government organizations). One of the causes is connected to prevention and control of HIV/AIDS. I am the trainer of this topic and i did a lot workshops in school to education the young people. We worked with the children without parents in care. I am still student in New Bulgarian University and I study Psychology. I chose this major because everybody in NGOs were psychologists and I said to me "okay, i like to help the people, may be i have to go the same way"... I did it! I have a lot of experience on my back and now i can't imagine my life in different story.

PHILOSOPHY

Hmmm what`s my philosophy :)
Every single day I wake up and I see it as a new day, another day to continue trying new things and experience something different - just continue towards your dreams until the come true! Stay positive because the karma is a bitch!

我为什么加入 Couchsurfing

Reasons:
- to meet with new people
- to see local people in different country and learn more the culture in first hand
- to be guide for the people in my city and to help them

兴趣

Psychology, different therapy approaches, coaching, communication, pedagogy (mainly non-formal education aka learning by doing/ through experience). I am fascinated by how people interact (group dynamics, connection). Volunteering, arts and crafts (DIY), photography, storytelling, sleeping, making people smile and happy, laughing, traveling, meeting new and old friends, being in nature, dreaming, making gifts without reason, making nice surprises, eating ice-cream, different culture and traditional.
