Baker, traveler... Interested in bread, beer, pastries, everything fermented, everything edible, sustainable way of life, gardening, books, music, art.

PHILOSOPHY

I don't know what using quotes from imaginary characters will tell you but...In the words of Raspoutine in "Corto Maltese": "dieu seul sait que c'est moche de vivre dans un monde sans aventures, sans fantaisie, sans joie." (god knows it's ugly to live in a world without adventures, without flights of fancy, without joy).

I try to take life how it comes and make the best of it.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

It's always better to visit a place with somebody (or somebody's tips) who knows it and see it a bit in their eyes. It's great to be able to visit untouristic places where you woudln't find accomodation otherwise, or visit a touristic place with a local point of view. And it's always a delight to meet travellers and hear stories from around the world.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Couchsurfed in Australia, which was great and got us to places we woudln't have been able to see otherwise. Met some interesting people!
