About Me

CURRENT MISSION

Be happy and follow my instinct and satisfy my curiosity about the world

ABOUT ME

I was born in Capital Federal, Buenos Aires, Argentina. I lived in a small town 50 kms from B.A City for 19 years and then I moved to Buenos Aires City, because I started the University there. I studied Fashion design and I worked for a clothing brand for two years till we decided to start travelling.
I love to make my own clothes stuff. I really enjoy it, I can spend all my weekend sewing and designing my stuff, I also like to do handmade things, I like knitting or crochet or loom, I 'm not really good at drawing or painting but I do what I can..... I enjoy cooking as well, especially sweet things.
I can't lay in bed watching how the life goes by, I always need something to do, if I do not, i feel that the time goes and I will never recuperate again, that's why I'm always looking new things to do, to learn.
As I am travelling with the partner of my life, I will write something about us…
We are a couple of 27 and 28 years old, both from Buenos Aires City, we are together sharing our lives since we were very young, for 11 years we enjoy the adventure of exploring new things and spend our days, we have fun together, we laugh out loud, we complement each other very well and most of the times, we are passionate about the same things, we enjoy being together. We are together in this adventure to see the world and travel as much as possible.
We like to do tramping and discover every place and maybe spend a couple of hours looking at the same place, contemplating it.
We don't want to spend our time complaining about the unlucky days or the raining ones. We don't want to give up a project before starting it. We want to know more and more about the world and always ask people what we don't know. .
During 2009 and part of 2010, we were in NZ, the experience was great, we enjoyed a lot every day and every minute, we worked on things that never thought, and we really enjoyed it!! Before returning to Argentina, we traveled a few months in Thailand, Laos, Vietnam, Cambodia and India. It was an unforgettable experience in our lives . We get the best memories of this trip, both NZ and Asia! We learned a lot on this trip, we met many people and each of them gave us a different learning

As.

PHILOSOPHY

I try to live the present, to be positive and full of energy.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

My sister told me about CS
I want to partecipate to the project being as available as possible!
At the moment we are not at home, we are travelling, so we can't host anybody but when we came back home, surely we will!!!!! We like the idea of having someone at home sharing different customs, and help them with our knowledge about our city, country and culture.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Despite having been traveling for almost a year and a half, we haven’t experienced CS in our journey. During our stay in NZ, we spent most of the time working and we always lived in homes of local families, so we think that the idea of CS to meet different lifestyles and cultures, and exchange points of view, we finally did it, even not through CS.But we finally we experienced the CS project, in our country..... when we came back to Argentina, we didn't know where to live, there are lots of places where we could go, but we wanted to know from the local people of the place that we may choose, what they think about the place, how they live, and many many things that only the peolpe who lives in that place could tell us, so we thought that CS would help us in taking the desicion of where we could settle down....
We contacted with a very nice person from Cordoba City who told us lot of interesting things about the city, she opened the doors of her house, introduced us her family and we experienced with they our first CS experience, it was the best!100% recomendable!
