**Recently decided to make a move to sheffield...looking for some support from the Sheffield community whilst me and my buddy Will find our feet!...we are looking to stay in different places for 3-4 days at a time minimum...can you help?**

About me:

My vocation is medicine, but Im in to meditation, permaculture, alternative forms of living and organising ourselves as interconnected beings based on fun(k), love, connection, trust and abundance, not fear and alienation, competition and the price mechanism.

I finished work as a junior doctor working in hispitals for 3 years and am now a full time disaster prevention Doctor - trying to reduce the impact of the greatest threat facing the health of people on this planet...climate breakdown and the social collapse that could go along with it. My work is broad from pressureing govenrmental policy change, civil disobedience, permaculture, community building and psychological/spiritual work

It's a work in progress and there's lots to work on internally and externally, couch surfing has come to be a great catalyst and companion along the way and I look forward to hosting and meeting more of you lovely people

About WILL: Yo yo, I'm Will, currently a fulltimer with XR, working to build a national movement for local democracy and community organising. Studied physics before travelling, hitchiking and meditating through Europe and Asia for a couple of years, and very nearly doing a PhD before getting pulled into environmental activism and never looking back! Always down for a funky jam, juicy conversation or hiking adventure. And super excited to meet the good folk of Sheffield!

I want to learn how to play music...it scares me to join in even clapping, so if you want to hold my hand through a few songs I'd really appreciate it, currently trying to learn acoustic guitar at a very basic level
