ABOUT ME

Vit: currently Ph.D. student in Science of education at Charles University in Prague (my current research interest is in private tutoring) and working as ICT teacher at grammar school. I like intercultural exchange, discussions about history, politics,...
I like Monty Python´s Flying Circuss, Red Dwarf and British humour in general. Travelling and collecting unusual experience are my hobbies.

Lucie: Ph.D. student in Media studies and event coordinator at Charles University (organizing public discussions about media, academic conferences). I am interested in media in general and media education (I am currently doing research on parental mediation).
I am interested in discovering various points of view through discussions with people from different cultures or backgrounds. In my free time I love jogging, hiking and biking in a lovely nature around our hometown Beroun. I am working on getting better in foreign languages, especially English.

We have travelled a lot together during past 8 years. You can´t discover the culture if you are only an ordinary turist. We often volunteered at internatinoal workcamps in several foreign countries (Russia, Turkey, France, Belgium, Switzerland, Germany).
About us: we are together for almost 9 years (married for 2 years). We live together in Beroun and work /study in Prague.
