Well, Well, Well...this one is tricky! I'd say to go on a solo trip. How? Well, I was a very lazy guy back then and depression had hit me up due to some negative relationships and I was not at all in right peace of mind. But when I took a solo trip for the first time in my life, the strings were started to getting untangled. It opened my mind like a damn thing. Everything became so clear.
I strongly believe taking a solo trip have opened my mind and saved me from the trap of an abusive relationship.
