ABOUT ME

As restaurant owner

After my round-the-world interviews on people's aspirations in 2012,I published the first travel book in the end of 2012, and I just finished writing another two books.

Recently I opened a restaurant with friend in CBD area,Beijing, called XIAO DE 29(晓得29号),it's a small restaurant specialized in making authentic ChongQing spicy noodles.Of course we also provide non-spicy noodles. So this is my official invitation to all the world travelers to come for a taste of authentic Chongqing flavor!

For those who don’t know much about Chongqing.It’s is a major city in Southwest China and one of China's four direct-controlled municipalities and the birth place of hot pot in China. Chongqing cuisine is noted for its distinctive spicy and pungent flavors, as one branch of Sichuan cuisine,Chongqing dishes are spicier and stronger in taste.And Chongqing noodles are one of the most notable dishes of Chongqing cuisine.Here we will take you to travel to my home town with our braised beef noodles, Peas&Pork Sauce noddles,hot and sour potato noodles.etc,and you will also find the famous Mao Xue Want(a local dish with pork parts,squid,spam and assorted vegetables in spicy sauce).

我做过的一件不可思议的事情

participated in the "best job in the world" campaign and was in top 50 from 35000 candidates around the world. I was finally invited to visit the Great Barrier Reef,and the whole experience has changed me a lot.

教，学，和分享

I can teach you swing dance, meditation and Chinese language for sure since I taught Chinese in Paris and I had 12 classes of students aging from 12 to 20.I can also teach you cooking Chinese food,especially Sichuan food. But more importantly I think I could share with you a lot of interesting and inspring stories,and definitly help you to know my country better.My friends think I am an inspring people, I am trying my best to match their descriptions:)
