ABOUT ME

Hi,I am Vijay Sud (pronounced as VJ Sood), an Indian by passport but a global citizen by personality.
Currently residing in London but grew up in India and Dubai.

I am an Electronics and Communication engineer who went onto to complete his MBA degree in Marketing and then worked in the Media industry in the field of marketing of Films, Television channels, Radio station and Streaming platform (OTT).
Currently, I have just finished my second master's degree in International Film Business from London Film School.
My reason to join CS is because i love meeting new people, and traveling - both put together gives CS.

I love watching films, playing sports, going out - doing some adventurous things in life, trying new food and love keeping myself fit.. basically can do whatever does not require me to just sit... I love being in action!

我为什么加入 Couchsurfing

I am on Couchsurfing to meet up with people and share experiences during my trips.
As I love solo trips, it also helps me in exploring new cities with help of locals and I feel that gives totally different kick to the trip instead of following the touristic spots or itineraries which are superficial!

I love walking and exploring cities and cultures on foot. I have traveled to over 25 countries for leisure trips and want to continue to cover more!

Couchsurfing helps my trips remains economical and that helps in funding cover of more cities and activities.

Since last year after having lost 15 kilos in weight, I have taken up fitness as my lifestyle and love long walks, cardio and weight training along with eating food with knowledge of nutrients. I love trying new food especially the local cuisines. I have a sweet tooth and LOVE Nutella! < 3

Love collecting fridge Magnets, Shot glasses and Spoons of cities that I visit!

Joined Couchsurfing ;-) (LOL!)

As I love films, I participated in La-Tomatina festival in Bunol, Spain right after watching about it in the Hindi film Zindagi Na Milegi Dobara;

Bunjee Jumped in Dubai and Nepal.
Sky Dived in Dubai, San Francisco and Seville.
Scuba Dived in Krabi Island, Thailand.

Could watch films all day non-stop :D

Ready to learn about other cultures and share mine too.

As much as I can teach, I help my friends using my life experiences and nowadays I help them with diet and fitness regimes.
Sharing is caring - this is imbibed in me and I live by that.
