I live in a small town in southwest Wisconsin where I am lucky to be surrounded by great people and community. I spend my leisure time reading, making and enjoying food with friends, and being outside. I work in community-based mental health work that permits me to spend my days outside and facilitating connection and learning while I pursue my masters in social work.

I feel best when I’m active, engaged, and curious. My cup is filled by new places, experiences, and people as well as old friends, comfortable silence, and learning. I want to learn from others, broaden my perspective, and hopefully share some food, laughs, appreciation, abundance, and joy along the way.

I am couchsurfing because I believe that the most valuable experiences in life happen in relationship. I want to be able to share with others the abundance I have here. And, I am fond of participating in a world where this kind of thing exists.
