ABOUT ME

My name is Vlad and I'm 25 and I am a web designer. I live in Transylvania, the city of Cluj (Romania), where I’ve graduated the Technical University a few years ago. Although I earn a living by doing what I love the most – web-design - my greatest passion is traveling.It is the reason for which my goal was to get a motorcycle and just travel anywhere that I can go, see as much as I can.

I have traveled through many countries around Europe, visited a lot of great cities, and met a lot of fun people along the way. So I look forward to meeting local people, find different things do, and feel the real sensations and diversity the of the region.
I’ve got the bike a few years ago, and started traveling. But something was missing. Just being a tourist wasn’t enough. I started feeling that there is more to a place than just the landscape; there are people, traditions, and stories, things that I am unable to describe in words, but which I am sure you experience too.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Looking forward to my first one, through couchsurfing, but I have guested a few people that I've met along the way.

I think the most interesting one was when I met a couple from Holland in the Carpathian mountains, who traveled towards Cluj in a few days, and they ended up staying at my place for a few days. It was very fun, we had a wonderful time together.

Mountain peaks in the most harsh conditions of winter time & driving the Croatian coast with my motorcycle, the view of the sea is amazing.
