I’m hosting with my parents now, n SOOOO appreciate cs-ers giving chocolate as a little token, but my parents are diabetic............n i feel just awful when cs-ers bring chocolate as a gift and then finding out my parents can't exactly enjoy them...it's just awkward for everybody SOOOOO......just bring a token from back home is what i ask for, preferably a musical instrument of sorts or drinking instrument (shot glass, beer mug, stubby holder, etc)

oh and please read the couch description carefully for general guidelines, i strongly request be taken seriously. it is what my parents expect when they see cs-ers roaming THEIR APARTMENT and for you to decide if you wana request for the couch in the first place (or think it's too much rules).

N my favourite singaporean dish is minced meat noodle "Bak Chor Mee" (which I expect u to quote when requesting a couch so I know u at least read parts of my profile).

Since i don't exactly have a bottomless/pitless bank account/ I'm not a trust fund baby-Couchsurfing is bringing the world to me. Therefore, i would GREATLY appreciate if i can get a piece of home if and when i do host you (except for candy. refer to "about me" section.

cs has evolved drastically since the first years i started hosting, hence i feel this needs to be clarified now. i genuinely want to learn about my guests n my hosts.

a gift from my home country.-update: silly me for having a last minute trip. I usually bring with me a singapore Merlion- keychain-bottle opener-nail clipper to give to hosts. Sadly this time I'll have to make do with me cooking for u or buying dinner :( since I forgot to stock up on me souvenirs..! :(((
