I've been in Sweden for 6 years now starting with my master studies and currently pursuing my doctoral programme. I like travelling, meeting new people and in the past years, I have lived in Germany, Italy, and Swiss for a short visit. I like to explore new things and do new activities: during past years, I tried paragliding, skiing, dancing (Indian). I think myself as one of the bridges between Indian and Swedish culture: so I participate in carnivals and representing Indian dances in Sweden, also, I spread about Swedish culture and education in India. Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Whenever I visit any new place, it's good to have some people sharing the information about the history, culture of that place etc. In the past few years, I realized that while meeting new friends, I am not just meeting them but their culture, new ideas and perspectives, which help me in improving myself.

Music, Movies, and Books

I usually listen to Indian music (classical and Bollywood) but sometimes I also listen to music from other countries and I appreciate music from all countries in general. Movies: The others, The king's speech, Life of Pi, many Telugu and Hindi movies also :)
