About Me

UPDATE!!!
currently I 99Percent of the time only host 1 Person at the time!!!

***** OUT OF TOWN UNTIL AUG 9th *****

me me me

i am a very ego man but i am getting more aware of it the older i get, and thus try to and sometimes achieve to something for we we we instead
which involves me, 2.

i might also start reading books once 40

==========
i come from a small town East Germany, studied in Dresden some not so useful things, and then cam to Berlin in around 2005
various escape attempts have failed but never say never.
shortly after arriving in Berlin I got drafted into the German Film Mafia. took me some years and 1 hospital visit to finally make my exit
now i do undescript things concerning people, (d)art(s) and radio
and i have a tiny job at the Berliner Schloss, and i probably make it into a bigger one in 2020 when it opens

this job and journey with my girlfriend summer 2019 in Bella Italia made me look again at my Couchsurfing life...which started in 2002 with a visit to NYC and has been part of my life ever since with various impact zones

these days i can host only so much, but i try to be part of the community as much as i can, i guess i write more about this in another section

oh fridays i do a radio show, so if your visit is on this day very welcome to join, if you like.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I like people being nice to each other without a specific reason (I dont like the section in the new couchsurfing saying what you can do to say thank you to your host.... even though i have received some sweet and thoughtful gifts by couchsurfers, the best gift, and this sounds corny, but is true, will be you take the experience and digest it to then host others, or if you cant host maybe be more aware of your surroundigns

oh no it becomes preachy!

anyway golden rule,

also its . a cool way to meet interesting people from all over the world, and feel like you travel when you dont have money or time to do so.
so thats what i get out of it! you guys.
