ABOUT ME

Hey there,
its me volker. I think I am an open minded funny person who likes to deal with any kind of persons. I want to talk to people before I make my decisions. I think I can talk to nearly anyone :) I like to go deeper into conversations no matter what kind of.
I love to tell jokes :) I think they are good although I am sometimes the only one laughing but thats also fine :)
I did and do a lot sport in my hole life. I like to challenge others in one on one or in teams. sports whithout other persons are not my favorite but better than no sport.
I play tabeltennis (ok also known as pingpong) for about 20 years now in a club as well as football (soccer).
The winter is the time to grab my snowboard and after 20 years without skiing, now back to the roots, as well my skis and have fun.
I just finished my studies and i will become teacher for sports, math and technic. So I like to deal with children and also did my social year in a kindergarten.
I like doing Party, going out with friends enjoy a beer or two as well as plying poker with friends, casino or online. But chilling on my couch can be also fine.
In central america I met a guy who said, I want to talk to people of whom I can learn something. And I totally agreed and knew he did not think about education or something big. just small things and maybe other point of views which maybe can chance my own.
Maybe we will learn something of each other have fun together and have some nice days together.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

Just started to get into it. I like the idea to get in touch with locals or as host with any kind of people showing my city, places and opinions :)

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I heard a lot of couchsurfing the last years but did not really practice it. Right now, travelling for 2 month in central amercia I know how nice it is to meet local people, see how their life is, what they do, how they think about life or any other things.
Therefore I want to use couchsurfing when I am travelling or at home. I think a lot of nice spots in my city are not in any traveller guide.
So I hope we will meet one day maybe in a few days and can have fun together.

Interests

Sports - any kind of...
most tabletennis but also football, badminton, squash, sonwboarding, tennis, diving...
spend time with friends, having fun with them, talking about good and bad times, playing poker with them (thank you for your time and money :)),
going out, meet new people
Travelling
and i have to metion, driving car :)
I jut made my open water diver and I am really fascinated of the underwaterworld as well as special places and all kind of animals

thats why i like movies, nearly all kind of.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I think there is really a lot in form of really nice places, people and having great times with them as well as having success in sports by trying something knew.
Right now the trip through central america is special in my mind. with a lot of great places and great places.
I really like laguna de apollo as well as my diving course on utila. There were so many different things that I can t really say what was the best.
But I still like Freiburg and my life there.
I saw a lot of people in central america who can enjoy their life and/or job over years.

I am teacher ... :) so you can learn nothing haha
i have my trainer licence for tabletennis and snowboard.
I can tell you a lot about poker.
As well as I think you can learn something from nearly any person maybe you can learn something we both don t expect :)
