Overview
About Me
Hey there! I’m Yanny—an adventurous, open-minded, and ambitious guy originally from Ukraine, now calling New York City my second home. Life for me is all about experiences, meeting new people, and embracing the unknown. I’ve spent past 5 years living in four different countries—Ukraine, Germany, Ireland, and the U.S🌎
I studied veterinary medicine for six years and have hands-on experience working with animals in both Ukraine and NYC. Whether it’s taking care of pets or finding my next adventure, I put my heart into everything I do.🐶🐱
I thrive on spontaneity, love deep conversations, and am always up for trying something new.🔎
My biggest belief?
The best experiences in life happen when you say yes to the unexpected!🙌🏼

Music, Movies, and Books
🕺Music & Nightlife – Huge fan of techno and house music. Love discovering underground clubs and dancing till sunrise.
🍿Movies & Culture — Some of my favorite films: Interstellar, The Place Beyond the Pines, Anora. I appreciate thought-provoking cinema and unique storytelling.
📖Books & Art — I’m really into thought-provoking books that challenge conventional thinking. Some of my favorite authors are Robert Greene and Nassim Taleb. A past favorite read was The Creative Act by Rick Rubin, which really resonated with me.
🖼️When it comes to art, I’m a huge fan of modern expressionism and the surreal works of René Magritte. MOMA is one of my favorite places in NYC—I can spend hours wandering through the galleries, getting lost in creative inspiration.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Can’t be one , heh
✨ At 18, I took a solo bike trip from western Ukraine to Slovenia, sleeping on the streets and embracing the unknown. It was wild, but it fueled my love for travel.
✨ Witnessed a volcanic eruption in Iceland—one of the most surreal moments of my life!
✨ Lived in four different countries in such a young age and adapted to completely different cultures and lifestyles.
Teach, Learn, Share
✔ Teach – I can share my knowledge about pet care (nail trims, quick check-ups, fun facts about animal health!).
✔ Learn – Always excited to learn about different cultures, languages, and local traditions. If you have a cool skill or story to share, I’m all ears!
✔ Share – My experiences of traveling, working with animals, and living in different countries. Plus, I can take you to some of the best spots in NYC, from hidden food gems to underground parties.
