ABOUT ME

Hi! My name is Voula!I graduated and decided to have a break from my life in Amsterdam, left everything and I am about to start traveling. I was born and raised in a small Greek city famous for its beauty and its olives. Although I love olives :P I wanted to see different things, meet new people and cultures. Eventually I moved to Belgium and later in Amsterdam, which I love because it's multicultural but I hate because of its weather :)..

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I am new here and I don't have my own experiences. I am here because of all the amazing stories that one of my best friends told me about couchsurfing.. Hope to be able to write my own soon :)

Interests

I spent most of my free time with friends doing funny/stupid things or talking for hours! I love music and sometimes I (unfortunately) like to sing! It's too bad I have a terrible voice.. but please don't worry.. I wont do something like that to you, I only torture my closest friends :P! When I choose to spend time alone, I like to go on little adventures in the city, take a long bike ride or walk and try to discover new neighbourhoods or small cafes etc..

Music, Movies, and Books

I love movies and music and one year ago felt in love again with books. When I meet someone and he is enthusiastic about a book I know it's going to be the next one to read. When it comes to music it depends on my mood. I ve just listened to Asaf Avidan - One day ;)

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

One of the most amazing things I ve seen was I couple of years ago. We were sailing in the Aegean sea and we saw from a distance about 15-20 dolphins travelling all together. I was even more excited when they decided to come close to the boat and travel with as for the next two miles. I am sure in the future I will have more stories to tell..

Teach, Learn, Share

I would love to learn (about) anything that I haven't heard or seen before.. I love it when people are passionate about something and they want to share it..
I am not sure what I can teach you but I know for sure I can share with you many stories of people I ve met and places I ve seen..
