We are a married couple of 50 years old. But don’t look at the age, these are just beautiful numbers. )) And we are young, active, energetic, inquisitive, athletic and funny guys. We have a big friendly family, two adult children: a son Ilya, 30 years old with his wife and son, and a daughter, Alena 22, a student who studies robotics. Also, we have a small poodle Joy. We have many friends and relatives from the Baltic Sea to the Sea of ​​Japan, from the North Sea to the Black Sea, whom we adore and are happy to meet them in the most beautiful city on the earth, St. Petersburg.
We had our own house, so we know how to work with plants, earth, feed and clean up after pets. Lena loves growing flowers. We made repairs in her apartment, glued wallpaper, styled parquet, made tiles, whitened ceilings. I can repair furniture, make shelves, hangers. Lena cooks delicious, sews and knits clothes. We want to establish ourselves as hardworking, responsible and neat persons. Help us with this.
We believe that the best way to learn about other people's lifestyle is to live with them for a while. Therefore, we do not like hotels where you are separated from real life. Our favorite vehicles are bikes. Our favorite artist is nature. We love the forest, the mountains and especially the ocean.
We love long and unusual travels, and we are glad to get new knowledge and experience from real people. To date, we have visited 27 countries. Two years ago, we had been living for two months in California in an American family, whom we met on Facebook. America was in April again. This trip included New York, New England, Seattle, and Portland.
We wanted to make our trip a little budget, so we decided to look for housing on the sites workaway and couchsurfing. That was our first experience, but we were sure that we will find good people, excellent work and a cozy roof over our heads. And our expectations were met.
