ABOUT ME

I'm a very active open person. I need to do things, not just to talk about them.
I was on a world trip in 2008 and 2009, where i visited different countries and met so many different and interesting people.
Now i live in a small village in the natural park Hoher Fläming somewhere between Potsdam, Leipzig and Magdeburg.
I'm married and have three kids.
I love to spend time with my family and friends.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I got to know couchsurfing as the best way of traveling and the most personal way of getting to know the people who actually live in the places i´m travelling to.
I got to know people in other countries, so helpful and selfless, which impressed me so much. It´s those easy things like helping someone out, who´s standing on the streets in a foreign city with a map wrong way around and a big bagpack on his back. or just a smile on the streets. I play this game in evry city i come to: just to walk through town smilin at people and wait how many will smile back. sad but true, here in Germany there are not as many of the those smile-back-persons as in other countries. anyway..... i want to give back what i experienced only through couchsurfing.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I only had great experience with couchsurfing. I stayed with so very different charcaters, but everytime i left, i was a bit sad. coz everytime i got to know a nice welcoming person. Couchsurfing is much about trust, but being open for something new at same time. But because i know people i host would do he same for me, i´m happy to welcome them. couchsurfing is a great invention to bing world together and to make traveling easier.

i love playing piano...so if you have one i could play some pieces for you or teach u something if you want to.
And i love cooking, so i cook quiet alot and love to try new recipes.
I´m happy if the people take some time, while they stay in my place or i stay in theirs. Talking to people with different ways of life is the best teacher in life.
