ABOUT ME

I'm currently finishing up my last year (victory lap) of my bachelors in political science. I live on an island, so I love spending time outdoors. When I'm not in school I spend my time doing Model United Nations, working (to pay for travel), or travelling.

Being travel-obsessed my whole life, I've never understood people who make excuses or don't take opportunities or chances to travel. Why wait for the perfect timing to come your way - just go!

I grew up listening to everything from classical to celtic to jazz. My current favourite genre is classic rock. I love reading anything and everything, but mostly enjoy 'chick fiction', biographies and books related to somewhere I'm travelling to.

One of my favourite travel experiences so far was going to the Galapagos to participate in a Model United Nations simulation focused on sustainable development - also swam with sharks here!
