ABOUT ME

My name Wangari in my mother tongue refers to one with traits of a leopard(intelligent, go getter, strong-willed and graceful)- which, I proudly possess.
According to some personality type tests, I am an ESFJ- basically I am an extrovert, who uses sense and feeling and I make decisions based on judgement and not emotions for those who care to know).
I love to have fun through dancing, partying and making friends. I enjoy the company of drinkers though I am a teetotaler and I hate cigarette smoke.
For anyone who has been or is in AIESEC........I am an alumni.
I like to consider myself as an open book and what you see is what you get :-)
I believe references(whether positive, neutral or negative) are earned, so I only give references reflecting my real experience with everyone and thus I also expect that my guests will provide the realest of references based on our experiences in my contribution to making CS a better place for everyone.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I hope to give any person who meets me a good impression of Kenya and be the Kenyan ambassador. I hope to host, meet for drink ups,partey and be of help to any and all other CSers wherever I am as well as travel the world.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I am most glad to be a CS member and more thankful to Halil, who introduced me to CS.I have met several good people and also been hosted by some.I have organized events and meet ups for Nairobi CS and most definitely hosted people from different parts of the world who have fueled my desire to travel

I am not a reader and neither do I like movies but I am a sucker for cartoons, my favourites being Tom & Jerry, Mask, Courage the Cowardly Dog and Sponge Bob

Enjoying a Ride on the worlds fastest Roller Coaster in the summer heat at Ferrari World in Abu Dhabi, in the UAE. The ride drained me of all energy but it was worth every second of excitement and fright.

I would like to help any visitors to my country to get to visit different places. I am a fluent Swahili and Sheng (Kenyan Slang) that I wouldn't mind to teach those who would need it for survival.
