ABOUT ME

After graduating from college, I co-founded an arts nonprofit in the Ohio Valley intended to transform the 100 year old house where my mom grew up into an community art space. We raised money for a printing press and have been working on fixing up the house since it needs a lot of love. I hosted artists and writers from around the USA while teaching and making my own art. My two biggest identities are artist and athlete. As a new Hawaiian resident I lead manta ray snorkel tours and grow microgreens. My favorite outdoor pastime is beach volleyball!

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I surfed while I studied abroad in Europe in spring of 2009 and really enjoyed it. While living in Ohio I hosted a handful of travels traveling across the country. Now I live in Hawaii and am not set up for hosting but would love to meet up!

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I've only done it a couple of times, but both times were very enjoyable and pretty convenient. I learned that there are many more rules in the Italian version of UNO.
