im a very calm person with good morals and intensions in life. that has come about from walking down many paths through some great and some not so great. i think the thing that has helped me most to get through any situation i have been faced within my everyday life has been a deeper connection and interest to the bigger truth that is in all of us and around us.

live and experience the moment right now. live a happy and healthy life. be kind to yourself mentally and physically and just as important be kind to others.

to be honest i have just heard about it so i have only just signed up. im off on a 3 month adventure through some parts of asia and i some how come across the sight. it looks great and i hope i can participate in the future when i get established back in australia

have been doing yoga for 6 years and teaching for 2 years. i think we could all do with a bit of yoga/ stress releaf. i love to cook vego and vegan.i have a few receipes up my sleve.
