ABOUT ME

i grew up in the german part of switzerland, near the lake of constance in a small town. i lived with my 4 brothers and my parents in a school, what was really special and a lot of fun. i moved out when i was 20, i moved to Zürich the biggest city in switzerland, that was an exciting time. i just tried to earn my life with a lot of different jobs. after a year i've earned enough money for traveling, so i did go to ecuador for 6 month. i had a great time in south-america i really love the people and the culture.After my return i started my studies in criminalistics in the french part of switzerland. after the first semester i had to realize, that it was the wrong subject and that my french was'nt as good as i thought. so i moved on to lucern, where i started to study social and communication science. During my studies i made an exchange-semester in spain. i studied 5 month in valencia, i still miss the time in spain.

PHILOSOPHY

I get up in the morning and I go to bed at night. In between, I occupy myself as best I can...

A friend told me about couchsurfing. And from the first moment i was really enthusiastic about the couchsurfing idea.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I had my first experience, when i hosted daniel from venezuela. we had such a great time. i love to meet people from all over the world and get the chance to learn something about their way of life.
I really like the idea of knowing people all over the world.
when i surfed my first couch i just moved to valencia and i was looking for a room to rent. i stayed with ernesto, he was such a great help in my room-search and finally i found a room thanks the couchsurfer community in valencia.

Interests

I'm listening music whenever i can. i like reading specially john irving.
i enjoy the time i spend with my family and my friends whether with a glass of wine at home, in a smoky bar or in a club.
I like painting and drawing, but i don't take the time to do it more often.
and finally i love to travel and get to know other cultures. i really love, when i can be a part of the normal life from someone in another country, it's not enough just the see the sights.
