ABOUT ME

Born & raised in Australia by an Austrian mother & German father. Travelled for several years before settling down in Boulder, CO, with a wife & 2 kids. Kids are now grown up, so the world has opened up again! Eventhough I'm 45 (aargh!), I play many sports & spend a lot of time on adventures- this year I went down the Grand Canyon with a friend in a Raft; spent 3 days on a mountain bike trip on White Rim, Utah, etc...

PHILOSOPHY

I want to live life fully- fill it with people, experiences, and be positive & compassionate along the way.

I'm new to the program; we're always happy to host nw & old friends; our ability to give time to a guest will vary, but we're happy to include a guest in our life if they like.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I've travelled a lot- and enjoyed the hospitality of friends I've met along the way, as well as welcoming others to our home. I'm new to this program.

Interests

Rafting, hiking, bike & motorbike, ultimate frisbee, volunteering & helping with community projects; good beer & wine; meeting new people & exploring exotic places.

-I'm a professional photographer; also skilled at photoshop & photo-related skills;
-I'm also a professional carpenter, and enjoy woodwork & construction;
-experienced rafter (did Grand Canyon for the first time this year!) and have my own boat
-I have a lot of travel experience, and have been to most countries
