About Me

CURRENT MISSION

I am stagnant currently. I need to fix this house I'm living in, then sell it. I want to see more than Red Lion PA.

ABOUT ME

My door is open. I have a lot of faith in the general goodness of the human race, although I'm disappointed with my day to day experiences with people. I'm hoping to meet some awesome people to share conversation with. I love meeting people. I also love talking about stand up comics, Kurt Vonnegut, comic books, South Park, general philosophical discussion is always welcome.

PHILOSOPHY

Do not Step on Toes as You find Something to Make you Smile. Smiles are the most important thing on this planet. Laughter. Listening. I wish more people understood the quality of listening.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I cruised to Nashville with a buddy who had an account. The experience was so fucking positive. The dude took in 4 of us for 3 days. I was amazed. I want to extend this same nicety to more awesome people. I guess you could say that I'm trying to pay it forward.

Interests

Comics. (printed and stand up)
Kurt Vonnegut
Daniel Quinn
Bill Hicks
Talking
Evolving Ideas
Living on an island, living off of fish and coconuts. Although I'm presently vegan, that would go right out the window on an island.

Music, Movies, and Books

Coen Bros. PT Anderson. Martin Scorcese. Quentin Tarantino.

Not doing the music list. My favorite song is Dear Prudence.

Kurt Vonnegut. Orwell. Huxley. Quinn. Chomsky. Zinn.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I regularly think about how insignificant I am in the whole scheme of things. That makes this box seem somewhat irrelevant. I guess that every time I meet someone who is directly up my alley, I consider it to be amazing, because the Rednecks in my town make me feel very alone sometimes.

Teach, Learn, Share

I have a ton of books. Would you like to take one with you? I need less possessions anyway.
