Love traveling and seeing the world 🌏. My biggest passion is music. Have been to almost 190 concerts, can’t live without it. I’ve backpacked, hiked, dived, trodden and sailed through 78 countries and visited every continent. I don’t follow any team or sit in a pub all day watching Sky Sports.

Not into the latest iphone, fast cars or Hugo Boss suits. I don’t need a new Audi, steroids, tattoo or a pay rise. I appreciate the finer things in life. I love animals, free thinking, comedy, nature, restaurants, vinyl and no dramas.

I also enjoy adrenaline sports, photography and am a foodie😋. I adore the following artists. The Beatles, Radiohead, Kate Bush, Arcade Fire, Prince, Bowie, Fleetwood Mac, Bob Dylan, Angus & Julia Stone, First Aid Kit, Led Zeppelin, Nirvana, PJ Harvey, The Smith’s, New Order and Pink Floyd.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I have surfed once, 17 yrs ago in Brazil. In 2010/11/12 I have hosted surfers visiting Macau and Hong Kong when I lived there. Attended meet ups sporadically when travelling. Some are great, some are very mediocre and dull.

COUCH SURFING EXPERIENCE

I have met up with other surfers when I was travelling in Bali and Java, both islands in Indonesia. The older I get, the more I need my own space, appreciate ‘me time’. Since the arrival of Air B’n’B, I rarely use this site.
