我为什么加入 Couchsurfing

I joined to Surf into Chicago. I didn't have a job, an apartment, nothing except four nights surfing and an interview when I drove in. It turned out to be a great way to find out about a new city, as well as test my ability to survive and thrive in a new environment. Now I'm hooked.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

One trip to Chicago, hosting out of my basement apartment, and an 8000 mile road trip across 20 states staying with 7 or 8 Couchsurfers. In Albania I've hosted about 15 groups of CSers, and it's been a blast. I mostly hosted at my old apartments in Rubik, I've only hosted once in Tirana. I've also surfed in Turkey, Greece, Hungary and Italy.

I am very experienced in Theater (I have acted, directed, stage managed, done tech, I even wrote a little). I have been an EMT and Firefighter. I have worked with kids of all ages, mostly boys, in Education/Team-building/Leadership/Outdoor adventure. I have a zest for life and a wanderlust.
