About Me
CURRENT MISSION
here for a good time, not a long time.
ABOUT ME
I'm coasting though life happily and my next stop is Manhattan. That's all for now.
PHILOSOPHY
I guess I'm sort of an open-minded egghead. I think everyone should live their lives as they feel they should, assuming respect and care for others. Some people would say I'm a total weirdo, others would say I'm painfully normal. It's all relative!
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
Hopefully couches soon, but for now just drinks. And coffee. Always coffee.
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
I've had some involvement with couchsurfing groups as I move around a lot and it's a great way to meet like-minded and diverse people. I've done a lot of hosting and surfing but never through the official CouchRequest system. I'm trying to start now!
Interests
- coffee
- drinking

Music, Movies, and Books
Right now I'm very into Mirah, Trentemoller, Sebastien Leger, The National, and Of Montreal, among many many others. Too many good movies to even think of. I'm currently reading Brief Interviews with Hideous Men by DFW (RIP) and Norwegian Wood by Haruki Murakami, but they're both kind of paused in favour of discrete math journals as I'm trying to finish my dissertation.I guess this is really old because I finished my dissertation and now I'm reading a different David Foster Wallace book, so basically nothing ever changes.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
I hate to sound homesick but there's nothing like two feet of snow in Montreal.
Teach, Learn, Share
I'm a fountain of information. Mostly useless information.
