About Me

CURRENT MISSION

"To feel love, be love, spread love. To love myself, the environment and everything in the spaces between."

ABOUT ME

Ask me anything you want to know, I'm very honest and open-minded.

I'm adventurous in nature and love being in the flow, just dancing through this beautiful life!

I'm a day dreamer so I consider being alone a hedonistic experience (hehe), but I think that connecting with other people creates a more satisfying high and caring environment so I love meeting, loving and sharing with people :)

PHILOSOPHY

be happy, dont be afraid of what makes you happy, share happiness, be mindful of other people's happiness and make sure everyone that makes you happy knows that they make you happy

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I have couchsurfed in Japan but I havn't had the privilage of hosting yet; I'm traveling at the moment but when I'm back in England I definitely have a couch in my student house.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

well, I did sleep on the couch in the foyer of some posh hotel once, when I got stranded by the Dead Sea at 11pm (with no map), having missed the last bus to the Israel/Egypt border. The manager took pity on my innocent face and let me spend the night in the reception despite having no cash, ha! The receptionist fed me, the barman got me a drink, the security guard told me hilarious stories and I even received a marriage proposal! Now, that's hospitality;) I then had to get down to the side of the Dead Sea before sunrise and hitch-hike through the desert by myself (suggested by the manager!) in an attempt to make it to Egypt in time for my flight to Tunisia... Of course I missed my flight, had to pay for a new ticket and had sand stuck in my plaits for days BUT, that guest house should be on couchsurfing, they were so kind, I can only hope to meet people that nice on CS :)

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I went overland from Nepal to Lhasa, Tibet, in a jeep, along the Friendship Highway. The views were other-worldly, so it wasn't just the thinness of the oxygen supply up there that kept my mouth gaping open. Everything from high-drop, thin waterfalls, moon-landscape desert, impossibly blue and deep lakes to beautiful, abandoned monasteries, traditional culture (like a time-warp) and marooned mountain villages- not to mention Mount Everest. I had no camera or companion (in an attempt to be more present) so all that’s left of my adventure are a passport stamp and some amazing, dream-like memories...

Teach, Learn, Share

I can teach you some yoga?
what do you want to teach me?
I would like to learn French and how to swim!
