Warum ich bei Couchsurfing bin

In October 2025, I met three couch surfing users in Chiang Mai. I attended their gathering and we talked about poetry together. They were really great. I'm about to embark on a long-term overseas travel, so I hope to make more genuine friends.

Eine tolle Erfahrung, die ich gemacht habe

I punched a small hole in my several hundred unsold poetry collections as a symbolic act of destruction, and then mailed all of them to an American artist.
This marks, in a way, the first time that an unsold cultural product from the East has been shipped to the West as a form of “foreign trash.”

Thirty years ago, unsold Western rock records were brought into China as “foreign garbage.” After being sorted and resold, they played an important role in inspiring a new generation and advancing the rise of Chinese rock music.

I hope my unsold poetry collections might likewise offer a spark of inspiration to young people in the West.
