I want my life to be about forward thinking and doing. I enjoying getting involved and engaged with people and events around me. I value personal growth and continuous learning. I do believe in the spiritual side of life and draw from many traditions for insights on that.

I'm in to sustainable building practices and living practices. I enjoy yoga and have been trying to make it more of a priority. I am a runner. I get out to nature to enjoy hiking, the desert, and anything on the water. I am a survey of hobbies. I have dabbled across the board from skydiving to scuba diving.

Una cosa incredibile che ho fatto

I try to be open to being awestruck by the simple realization of being in the moment. But some more impressive moments to describe to others I think are what are being asked for.
I do remember the feeling rigth before my first skydive attached to a tandem master, but even more memorable for me was the first time I climbed out of the plane by myself 12,000 ft about the Hawaiian islands.
Freediving out of a cave into the open ocean in Guam and being immediately overwhelmed by the power of the waves driving up against the sea cliff is another experience that has stayed with me.
But the ones that get me every time are watching the sunset or the stars from the middle of the ocean or the middle of the desert. The colors a sunset can paint and the vastness of clear stars in the sky strike a cord on my heart strings every time.
