Servicing many places including Wicklow, Laois, Kildare, Wexford, Carlow and Kilkenny. We now have 32 vans on the road gathering in excess of five thousand customers that are commercial and fifty thousand national clients. Ray Whelan Ltd is a Carlow based business providing employment for over seventy individuals.
