ABOUT ME

Currently I live and work in Sydney, although the jobs change pretty frequently. I like to spend my time reading, going to art shows, doing subversive cross stitch, hanging out with friends and loads of other things.
I'm a big fan of black comedy, and am usually the one making the sardonic comments in the background.
Currently I'm working on building up my gardening skills, and to that end have acquired new fish and worm friends.

PHILOSOPHY

The world isn't all about me, but the I decisions I make and the actions I choose to do can be used to make a difference.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

Well, I've been a part of couchsurfing for several years, and never couchsurfed! I'm hoping to change this soon, but keep getting distracted by all those other lovely shiny things.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Not much as yet but working on it! Really I've only ever surfed on the couches of people I already knew, but I've spent rather a lot of time in hostels, so I'm hoping this will be as much fun!

兴趣

Travelling, meeting new people - especially from other cultures/backgrounds, getting involved in discussions and debates. I'm a bit obsessive about Roller Derby. I also really love murder mysteries, scavenger hunts and experimental travel.

Participating in the annual Deck-a-Duck scavenger hunt whilst high on pain meds (two days after wisdom teeth extraction). There've been a lot more serious amazing things, but this one probably still wins.

There are a lot of things I can teach and learn from people. I'm pretty good at hands on stuff and have a slight obsession with trivia.
Other than that, I think the best thing I can offer is my time, my conversation and my brain.
