ABOUT ME

i wish i could be more creative with my time. i long to go adventuring with my children.
i am still finding my feet. they seem to change direction whenever i look for them...
i hate making school lunches with an irrational passion, i love the scent of rain in the air before it comes.
i like wandering, swimming underwater till my lungs scream for air. i love resting my chin atop my child's head as we sit, watching, listening.

we have hosted a number of times, i hope to be more involved as time goes by... each time i have felt very honoured to have shared my home.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Having not surfed, i can only report from the host side. i have found it to be a wonderfully surprising and positive experience.

hmmm, started with where the wild things are as a babe, i now have little time but much longing and many books, mainly science fiction, poetry, fiction of diverse areas, to pick a few.

Teach, Learn, Share

I enjoy making and sharing, whether it be cooking, crochet, knitting, felting, weaving, spinning, sewing, horses, painting, drawing, creating exquisite corpses..... i would love to learn to sing..... basic programming, roller derby, languages, survival, dancing, yoga, meditation...
