After working in biochemistry research in Bordeaux, I came back in " my" countryside to work in a farm, in 2010. Colleagues and I produce goat cheese since 2013. Cathy and my two daughters (Rosalie and Leïla) nearly fill up my life. I still reserve few moments for traveling.
