I love to share and speak with foreigner and experience different cultures. I am pretty inquisitive and I enjoy to learn about the things I do not know (if not linked to algebra because my brain is not able to understand it).
I cannot bear : disrespectful and dogmatic persons, paperwork, commercial music, advertisement, beetroots, show-offs, people who always want to please instead of standing for what they really are, capitalism, waiting for the greenlight before walking across a street, hipsters (but they even hate themselves), design, selfies.
I am deeply respectful toward people who make things driven by their passion and follow their path and not what they have been told to do.

I am always pleased when somebody is interested to meet me as a person, rather than just having a free place to crash.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I've met some great hosts while I was CS unexperienced and it made me realize how much it improves your stay in a foreign country. I would try my best to give a payback to the whole CS community.

***IMPORTANT *** I do not own a Smartphone nor any I-tablet shite. I have no Apps, no Whatsapp or whatever, just a regular basic phone WHITOUT THE INTERNET ON IT. And I don't check it every 5 minutes. However I will do my best to answer you as quick as possible, please, let me some time to organize by sending requests a few days before you arrive (unless, you are in some troubles of course).

Interests

I buy books compulsively (in other words, way to much from what I am able to read). I like Art of course, from many kinds, however academic style and classic paintings bore me to death. I am turned on by contemporary art, if you prefer, the "I've-could-have-done-that!!" kind of art.
I enjoy being abroad and exploring, being in contact with wild nature, discovering new places, Halloween, lighting campfires, making costumes, chipotle, gardening, flea markets, daydreaming, collecting toys and old objects, abandoned places...
I also do a lot of film photography.

I think you should be aware I have a sick love for skulls, bones and funeral aesthetic :)

Music, Movies, and Books

I read most of the time, human science books, essays, articles, books about mythology and folklore, literature classics,... I am not really into contemporary novels and I don't read much fiction, but when I do it is mostly old school gothic novels/horror stories. Unless I try to catch up with Literature's classics. I am generally more interested in true facts than fantasy. I always enjoy indie comic books and graphic novels.
I love different kinds of music, but I am much more into Metal (Thrash/Black/Death) and Industrial music.
I like indie and arty films, I try to stay away from those big movies everyone seems to rush to go to see.
I tend to believe a work of art should raise questioning and make you think rather that just entertain, or be only aesthetically pleasing.

I enjoy cooking and learning new recipes (beware I love spicy hot food!).
I can teach you basic book binding techniques.
I would love to learn more about meditation and how to speak Japanese.
My Italian are getting a bit rusty, I would be thankful if you can help me practicing!

And by the way, you could explain to me why foreigners are so crazy about the Baguette because I would be very interested to figure out.
