ABOUT ME

I am a very outgoing and carefree individual. Throughout my life I have always tried to find joy, or humor in my everyday encounters.
And as far as my goal, traveling is great, but really what I enjoy is meeting new people and new cultures! Which I totally find that experiencing new cultures really affects my outlook on life, and outlook towards all other people I meet along the way in a real positive way.
I really enjoy and love working for the Environment, and I wish I had more time to hike and explore nature. Everyday life often leads myself wishing more often than not to escape from civilization for a shot while, and to really immerse myself in the great outdoors.
I also really love languages, but I find them very difficult to learn! I find my self really trying to dabble, and learn small phrases to the languages I come across here and there. Maybe one day I can actually master another language or two.

Music, friends, experiencing new things and ideas. And in no particular order: I really love the Outdoors, hiking dancing, traveling (of course), unique festivals, oceans, and beaches.
Drawing (poorly for the most part), daydreaming, postcarding, postsecret.com trolling, and funny funny pictures.
Since I enjoy the outdoors so much, I have been getting more passionate for environmentalism, I still have a long way to greenify my habits, but its sooo hard when you live in the boonies, are a tech geek, and rely heavily on your car. I did recently happily purchase a used Hybrid car though. Vroom-vroom.
And I recently have a renewed passion for all things photographic. I have enjoyed learning and experimenting with my new SLR camera, and I still have much to learn.

Favorite movies are Garden State, Life Aquatic, The Fantastic Mr. Fox, The Darjeeling Limited, Princess Mononoke, Howls Moving Castle, Spirited Away, Dark Knight, Fight Club, Wristcutters: A Love Story, Henry Poole Was Here, Idiocracy, Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind, Where the Wild things Are, and much more.
Favorite kind of music:
Folk, Bluegrass, Americana, Indie, blues, and good dance music.
A handful of my favorite bands/musicians include Feist, Ben Gibbard, Guster, Elliot Smith, Cherryholmes, Nina Storey, The Cardigans, RHCP, Iron and Wine, The Chieftains, Nirvana, Gogol Bordello, David Byrne, The New Pornographers, Carolina Chocolate Drops, Fatboy Slim, and the list goes on and on...!
Some of my favorite writers are Chuck Palahniuk, Michael Crichton, Melanie Rawn, Emily Dickinson, and Dan Brown, Robert Frost.

我做过的一件不可思议的事情

I have been around the world on an Aircraft carrier, seeing new places and ports on the way. My parents lived abroad for a while too, so I was able to travel with them a bit. After I served time in the Navy, I became an Environmental worker, and have been traveling with that job for the past few years.
