About Me

Live life to its fullest in a healthy orderly way...want to travel and welcome travelers

Born in Costa Rica, at 18 moved to the US with a full-time academic scholarship. Graduated and moved to Chicago, after 13 years there I moved to Miami for 3 years, then SFco for 6 yrs, then LA for 2 yrs and now I have been in NY City for 1 years. I'm single, enjoy my work, travel a lot and lately very active running half and full marathons! My family lives in Costa Rica, but I'm fortunate to visit them often and they come see me a lot as well. I'm used to hosting people and will take care of your visit gladly.

Live is too short, live it fully, be responsible, care for your body, be kind to others.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I traveled once to South Africa and had a great experience. I have hosted several people in the past two years.

Every person I've hosted has been great.

Traveling, staying healthy, learning about other cultures, running, soccer, tennis, vball, great restaurants.

Music, Movies, and Books

Shawshank Redemption, Titanic, Lorenzo's Oil, Something about Mary

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Came to the US for school without knowing how to speak English that well, graduated and have achieved success in my personal life. All this while leaving my family, friends and practically everything I had known since being born behind. May seem dumb but it was not easy, especially since I left my homeland when I was only 17.
