ABOUT ME

I love sharing this journey of life and finding ways to live more collectively. I enjoy supporting individuals to walk their path towards feeling more whole, connected and vibrantly alive to their own nature. I am generally upbeat, postive and enthusiastic about my passions and learning what lights other people up. I consider myself fairly steady, calm and responsive - and draw a lot of peace from my personal practice of Taoist internal energy arts. I am keen to learn to develop ever more spacious way of living and have a curious nature.

PHILOSOPHY

Engaging with the life is really where it is at for me - there is so much coming at us this days at such a speed. The art of absorbing what is of true value and living by it requires more time and space than our lifestyles accomodate.

兴趣

My daily practtice of Tai Chi and Qigong drop my into a deeper sense of time and of the limitless potential of our bodies to integrate with wider nature. I love being outdoor and soaking it in as I practice my form.
