ABOUT ME

I am a world citizen and can get along with many different types of people. I am patient, friendly, open-minded, and I have a great sense of humor. I often see things from a different angle.

PHILOSOPHY

I believe that we only perceive a very limited number of pieces of information from the world out there, and then we interpret them according to our own conceptual framework. That means there are infinite different ways to understand reality. In that case, my way is only one possible way and yours is neither more nor less correct than mine.

I might be able to host but I am always excited about meeting up with fellow Couch Surfers and exchanging stories, and giving advice on the area!

I have surfed, and I have only had great experiences! I also love to host people, so it is always a pleasure for me to have guests!

Interests

I love to travel and meet people and hear their stories....that's why I find Couch Surfing so cool. I also like to learn new languages. I started learning to sew about 2 years ago and have a good foundation of basic skills.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I've been evacuated from a country due to a political crisis (Madagascar) -- that's definitely one of the most dramatic events in my life.

I think the things that leave awestruck are the people I have met in each place I have lived or visited -- I always find a handful of people everywhere who don't just go along with the herd but have their own light shining inside.

What I Can Share with Hosts

Plenty of interesting stories from my experiences living internationally. Advice about working as an English teacher internationally. Lateral thinking puzzles. Sewing tips. Conversations about spirituality, languages, history, geography and lots of other things.
