Uh…to be honest, it is not at all an easy task.

My name is Wen-Chien Huang.
I grew up surrounded by paddy fields.
I spent my childhood playing in nature and with animals.
Does it make you wonder where I come from?
I am from Yunlin, a rural county in central Taiwan.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Traveling lights up my life. When I travel,
I enjoy meeting people and listening to their stories.
I am fascinated by different life experiences and cultures.
I find peace and joy in both the city and countryside.
I love the simplicity of the countryside as well as the diversity of the city life.
They are treasure troves waiting to be explored.

Couchsurfing is the right place for me, I believe
to meet amazing people around the world
to enrich the life of one another.

What I Can Share with Hosts

In 2000, I went on a tour with my family to Australia.
Then a year later to France, Belgium, Holland, Germany, Switzerland and Italy.

Most recently,
In 2012, I volunteered as a counselor at special needs summer camp in the US.
In 2014, I left college and traveled to South Vietnam.
In 2015, I landed a job in China and started to work there for a year till now.

This is my first-time experience with Couchsurfing.
I am happy, excited and looking forward to seeing everyone.
