Married. I have a large home where I live with my husband, my teen son, a disabled daughter, and an Irish Wolfhound.

My husband is retired military and now has his masters in education and teaches special ed. . We've traveled a lot and enjoyed it. I like to read, cook, and think. I help write curriculum for homeschoolers.

I loathe small talk. We live on patch of woods with a creek, and I own 8,000 books or maybe a few more.
Seven kids, although all but two are grown and gone. The youngest is a teenaged boy at home.

Teach, Learn, Share

I could teach the sign language alphabet and a few basic signs; how to make muffins, sushi, or kkakdugi (cubed radish kimchi), or bread if somebody else wants to do the kneading; a very basic crochet stitch you could learn from youtube faster and better;

Learn: I'd love to learn how to prepare other ethnic dishes, how to crochet more than my boring chain stitch and make washclothes; more about other cultures

Share: have a spare bedroom or two, pet my dog, read my books, walk in my woods, wade in my creek.
