ABOUT ME

Jason and I (Wendi) have been together for 3 years. We love to travel but hate hotels. We are super excited to join couch surfing! Jason is 31 years old, he is an avid outdoorsman! He sees a mountain and wants to climb it. He is a volunteer with Maine Search and Rescue. He is a foodie and beer brewer! We have a 5 tap keggerator in our basement. He loves to laugh and have fun!
I love food, beer, and wine! I enjoy going to new restaurants and trying new dishes. My philosophy is; If it's edible I'll try it! I enjoy the outdoors as well. I set a goal this year of climbing Mt Washington and achieved it this past summer. I summited the mountain not once but twice! I love to explore new places and am up for adventure!

PHILOSOPHY

"Life is not a journey to the grave with the intention of arriving safely in a pretty and well preserved body, but rather to skid in broadside, thoroughly used up, totally worn out, and loudly proclaiming,"What a Ride!"

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I (Wendi) happened upon couch surfing unexpectedly when my brother showed up on my doorstep for a visit with 3 surprise guests! They happen to be couch surfing around New England and needed a place to crash! Needless to say it was one of the best weekends! They opened my eyes to a whole new world! I made new friends and was able to show them my very small section of earth I call home!

Music, Movies, and Books

We love ALL types of music! Music is a huge part of our life! We listen to music more than we watch Tv. A few genres we really enjoy are Classic Rock, Blues, Rockabilly, Southern Rock, Heavy Metal....
Jason's favorite movies are "Raising Arizona" "The Big Lebowski" "Good Fellas" "The Great Outdoors" "The Big Night" just to name a few.
My favorite movies are "Easy Rider" "Good Fellas" "You've Got Mail" "The Godfathers 1 and 2" "The Big Night" "Julie and Julia"just to name a few.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

On my 30th birthday I went skydiving! It was the scariest/most exhilarating thing I have ever done, and I would do it again in a heartbeat!

Jason's is visiting Taman Negara in Malaysia!
